Before I reloaded the entire system, I had done a data transfer via time machine and the CS5 programs worked, but I couldn't start the Mac (black screen and error message so I turned it off with the start button pressed for 5 seconds). On the Adobe page you will be redirected to error-wide if you want to download the CS5 creative suite and copying from the external hard drive only works until the installation process. And contrary to the usual Time Machine data transfer, I now go the way and install the programs and data individually. I guess I didn't describe my problem exactly enough. Then there would really only be a complete clean install or sometimes clean up with Clean My Mac. If it works then, there is really something in your current system that is interfering with here. Install a fresh El Capitan on it and then put Adobe CS5 on it.
An interesting test would be: Take an external hard drive. If nothing works then, you really have to clean up the system. Then I would run the Adobe Installer again. My recommendation would be to completely deinstall the Adoce CS5 or CS6 (with the supplied deinstaller) and then to check and repair the disk with the hard disk utility. So it can't really be that things don't work out for you.
